Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • During busy periods, product launches, sales, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: 1–10 business days

  • Express/Next Day Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on the courier service selected at checkout.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are usually provided within 24–72 hours after dispatch. Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel where required.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider.

2KEYS Clothing is not liable for:

  • Shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Parcels marked as "Delivered" by the courier.

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Lost or stolen parcels after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, we will do our best to assist you in contacting the courier and investigating the issue.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been placed.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping fees before being resent.

Next Day Delivery

Where available, Next Day Delivery is the fastest shipping option. However, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as courier delays may occasionally occur.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available upon request. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their country's authorities.
