Refund policy

At 2KEYS Clothing, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect all items before dispatch. By placing an order, you agree to the following Returns & Exchange Policy.

7-Day Return & Exchange Window

Customers have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • Free from stains, marks, makeup, pet hair, odors, or any signs of wear

  • Returned with all original tags and packaging (where applicable)

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for sizing issues, subject to stock availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, we may offer:

  • An exchange for another item of equal value, or

  • Store credit for future purchases

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality-control reasons, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned with stains, odors, marks, pet hair, or any signs of use

  • Sale, clearance, promotional, or limited-edition items (unless faulty)

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.

We reserve the right to inspect all claims before approving a replacement, exchange, or store credit. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper washing, or customer handling will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is confirmed to be faulty due to our error.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Right to Refuse Returns

2KEYS Clothing reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or claim that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
