  • Machine wash cold (30°C max) or hand wash
  • Turn inside out before washing
  • Use mild detergent
  • Do NOT tumble dry
  • Air dry only

Jeans / T-Shirts / Hoodies

  • Machine wash cold or hand wash
  • Turn inside out before washing
  • Wash with similar colours
  • Do NOT tumble dry
  • Air dry only
  • No bleach

Caps

  • Spot clean or steam clean only
  • Do not machine wash
  • Do not soak
  • Air dry naturally
  • Avoid bending or crushing the shape

Gloves

  • Hand wash only
  • Mild detergent
  • Do not wring
  • Air dry flat

Puffer Jackets / Light Jackets

  • Recommended: Dry clean or steam clean
  • If necessary, gently hand clean surface areas
  • Do not soak
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Air dry on hanger

Eyewear

  • Clean with microfiber or soft cloth only
  • Use lens-safe cleaner if needed
  • Do not use tissue or rough fabric
  • Avoid drops, pressure, and heat exposure

If you receive a faulty item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging (for returns)
  • Exchange requests must be made within 2 days
  • Hygiene items and accessories may be non-returnable
